I have always been terrible, when it comes to brushing teeth.

Either it was psychological problems, that were in my way – or I was forgetting it, for different reasons.

Now that is not, what I want to talk about. See, I want to.. shall we say, educate you.

– First things first. 

  1. When you brush your teeth with a toothbrush, it will never go in between your teeth. Remember that, because food can and will at some point go between your teeth – and though we only think Coca Cola (for the most part) is the cause of carius and bactus, then you should think again, because that is a lie. Food, snacks or what else, are also causing carius and bactus – or to make it easier to understand – holes and pain.
  2. What do I recommend, you should do about it? You should at brush your teeth. Often. That covers the front and back of your teeth – 2-3 times a day. After every meal is helping a lot, especially if you have bad teeth or gum. In between, especially if you notice something between your teeth, anything, then use a dental floss. Again, 2-3 times a day – as I recommend.
  3. Last advice and the easiest one. If you have been drinking a Coca Cola or any other drink with sugar in it – fill your mouth with water, rinse it and then spit it out. Repeat it 2-3 times, just to be sure – every time. Or more, if you drink more.

What can I else say? Be careful. I wasn’t careful, but I’m still lucky I haven’t lost them – but you can, if you aren’t paying attention. It’s a pain in the butt, and an even bigger pain in your wallet. – – Trust me, it’s not worth it.
